Scottish Pavilion, Rachel Maclean, Spite Your Face
Open to BA and MA Fine Art Students, a unique opportunity to visit the Venice Biennale 2017. In November, we will visit all of the international exhibition pavilions in the 57th Venice Art Biennale, including work by established artists such as Rachel Maclean, Phyllida Barlow, Anne Imhof, Egill Sæbjörnsson and Nathaniel Mellors. The trip will also include visits to exhibitions by Damien Hirst, Shezad Dawood, Larry Achiampong and Laurence Lek amongst others at the Diaspora Pavilion, HyperPavilion Palazzina Canonica, Fortuny Factory and Palazzo Grassi. In addition to exhibition and pavilion visits, we are planning possible artist and curatorial talks. Not to be missed!
